Cancellation and Booking Policies

Please Read Before Booking Or Buying 


Location will be disclosed after appointment is booked and confirmed.

A mandatory non- refundable deposit is required for booking.

  • Deposit must be paid up to 24 hours after booking.

  • No extra guest allowed if not being serviced.

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your service plz let me know before you leave your appointment!

  • All prices include mid-back length any longer will be extra.

  • Please be on time!!! I give a 15 min grace period.

  • After being 15 mins late depending on the extent of clients I have that day, your appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled. Deposit is not refunded. 

  • Please contact me if you are going to be late, and I will do the same. 

  • No call, No show will result to being on a 6 month ban from booking again. 

  • I understand things happen if you need to cancel plz do so 48 hours before appointments/ if not possible at the time contact me, I am human so I understand. Your deposit will be transferred to next appointment must book within 15 days of previously cancelled appointment.

  • Deposit can only be transferred once!!

  • Snacks a highly recommended for children receiving services.

  • Any services requested before or after hours will be charged an extra $65 to total. 

  • Custom wig making are required at least 48 hours to complete. 

  • I do not provide Weaving hair at the moment, will in the near future.

All cosmetic sales are final if used!
